Together with Moxie Amsterdam I have created a Facebook grid for NPO1Radio, the biggest radio channel of the Netherlands. With its many different topics and shows NPO1Radio asked for a consistent way of communication on its Facebook page to get more interaction with its listeners.

We have used NPO1Radio’s pay-off  ‘Het nieuws van alle kanten’ (The news from all sides) as a mechanism to make suggestions to the listeners and ask for their opinions. We’ve made  a division between ‘The news’ and ‘from all sides’, to fill in different topics, suggestions, etc. on one side and on the other side the different sides or views from listeners, DJ’s, journalists. In this way we’ve created a clear grid for NPO1Radio itself and a categorized overview for its listeners.
